Patients Charter

• We enjoy all aspects of providing patients with the ultimate foot care experience, treating all scope of patients with foot health problems.
  
  
• On your first visit, we will ask you for a small medical history to assist us in providing the best possible care to you.
  
  
• All patient information remains confidential and is not shared with a third party, (i.e. GP), unless discussed first with the patient.
  
  
• All instruments used in the clinic are sterilized using the SES Little Sister 3 Autoclave system.
  
  
• To assist in the treatment of fungal foot infections, the clinic uses a Klenz unit to sanitise patients’ foot wear. We do make a nominal charge of £3.00 for this service.
  
  
• New latex or vinyl gloves are worn for each patient.
  
  
• All of our equipment, instruments and dressings are of the highest standard.
  
  
• Our patients should feel confident that they are receiving appropriate and personal high quality care.
  
  
• If you do have any concerns regarding your treatment, please speak to your podiatrist/chiropodist who will be happy to explain any aspects of your treatment you are unsure about.
  
  
• We endeavour to give the best possible treatment and service to our patients, ensuring they have the ultimate podiatry/chiropody experience.
