I went today for my first ever visit to a Chiropodist and was treated by Ed. He put me at ease from the outset and treated my ingrowing nail very quickly, efficiently and painlessly. My son and I couldn’t recommend Mark and his amazing team any more 10/10 service friendly understanding. My son really suffered with his feet after being told by doctors to leave his verruas they spiraled out of control. As a BUPA member with two nasty ingrown toenails, I was hunting around for a podiatrist who had openings when I needed them. I hit the jackpot with Mark. From the first call, the receptionists have been remarkably accommodating. Mark put me at ease straight away and laid out a clear plan of action. No cheeky additional charges for incidentals – and he helped me through the private health care and getting authorisations etc.3 weeks on and I’m practically healed. I’m so glad it went without a hitch. Oh, and Mark was just a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns.
I had my toenail removed here almost 2 weeks ago now. Mark is an excellent podiatrist and his skill and experience made the procedure painless and stress free. The results are amazing and I was able to resume my normal life almost straight away.
